1.3 Audio and Transcription Data

Audio data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers. Audio is used solely for the purpose of generating live transcriptions during your active session. Once a session ends, audio data is discarded.

1.4 Session Data

Session notes and transcription logs are generated during your use of the Services. These are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, store, or have access to your session logs unless you explicitly share them with us.

1.5 Screen Context Data

The Services may capture visual context from your screen to provide relevant responses. This data is processed in real time during your active session and is not permanently stored on our servers.

1.6 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data such as session duration, feature usage patterns, and error reports. This data is used solely to improve the Services and does not contain any personal or conversation content.

• We do not store your audio recordings — audio is processed in real time and discarded
• We do not store your screen captures — visual context is processed in real time and discarded
• We do not access your session logs — these remain on your device
• We do not use your conversation data to train AI models

• Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
